The Infamous "Little Black Dress"

This dress alone would speak for itself, (my vision): this dress would be worn by a New York socialite who is clutching a thin stemmed champagne glass on a penthouse balcony throwing her head back in laughter at a corny joke she just had to offer her ears for.
